Why cleaning is good for our mental health?

A study led by associate professor NiCole R. Keith, Ph.D research scientist and professor at Indiana University, found that people with clean house are healthier than people with messy house. Participants who kept their homes clean were healthier and more active than those who didn’t.

Also, 2010 Study published in the scientific journal found that women with high levels of cortisol, a hormone indicating stress, revealed that their houses were untidy. On the polar opposite, the women who were more comfortable and happier had more organized houses.

Leads to a healthier body -eating more nutritious foods, getting better sleep, building your immune system, and being more active.

Cleaning our house is fun thing to do for yourself and others. Depend on your thinking this can be fun or hard. 

Not everyone has the same understanding of cleanliness and organization. But most people can agree they would like to reap the benefits of a clean house. Whatever your definition is, try out some housekeeping tasks to keep your mid health and sharp!
